Updates and reinstallations

All updates and version change (Bluetooth IM, Internet IM, Full IM) on the same phone are free.
In order to update (or change) version, simply install the updated (or the other) TRIAL version on the existing unlocked version of BLUEJABB.
The new installed version will be automatically unlocked.

WARNING, don’t overwrite user data during this reinstallation.
If the user data are overwrited, you will be obliged to purchase BLUEJABB again.

WARNING, you must purchase BLUEJABB again if :

. You install BLUEJABB on a new phone.
. You reinstall BLUEJABB on the same phone after a BLUEJABB uninstallation or a phone crash.
. You overwrite user data during an update or version change (See above).

Description of service

Subject to full compliance with the Terms of Service, BLUEJABB may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on the Site, (« Services »). Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service and content BLUEJABB performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed or performed on the Site (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as the « Content ») on the Site. BLUEJABB may change, suspend or discontinue the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. BLUEJABB may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

BLUEJABB would like to provide you with high-quality and most up-to-date applications corresponding with your personal and professional needs. Please note that we offer free BLUEJABB. Trial period is 30 days long. We recommend you to take advantage of free trial before making decision whether to buy our software or not. If you encounter any problems during trial, please read our section or contact our support team. We are ready to help you to troubleshoot your problems while evaluation period.

If it happened that you are dissatisfied because of technical problems, please provide us with detailed description of problem situation. We are not liable of your dissactifaction because of technical problems after you have purchased BLUEJABB.
If your would like your payment to be refunded because of unauthorized purchase, we recommend you to contact your credit card company and payment system administration first of all. We regret that we are not able to process refunds for any product in 30 days after purchase date.

Upon our confirmation for refund please delete the application, all its components and registration codes from your handheld and computer. Using our software after refund is illegal.We are constantly working on improving our software. Don’t hesitate to contact us, if you have any comments or feature requests.
